Ok, now I know Aaron covers a fair bit of this in his blogs but I would like to say a few things about it as well, I havent got the background in these fields such as him, most people who do the same kind of job as myself have his kind of background, so far I have gone about my business needing only how to deal with people and how to explain it to them.

One of the main side steps I get from people is I don't know a thing about computers but most often they have an email address, WHY? Because they need one!

This day and age email is as common as a mobile phone, which I can remember people laughing at others because they had one, no joke now is it? Well to be honest 95% of our clients don't know how to use a computer, they dont need to, most businesses have a wife or secretary who looks after that side for them but the biggest thing is, they don't need to know much, as long as the person looking for does and they will!

I'm not asking them to search for other businesses, I'm asking them to let consumers have a chance to do. I've of people being annoyed because the business they wanted to look up didn't have a website!

Now, to get back on track, just because you not that savvy with computers, doesn't mean I can't explain it so you can understand it, I don't know that much more than you in some instances but I do know what your business needs and I can explain it in plain english so you can understand it!
